I can definitely see Hughes-Hamilton connecting on a lot of points this year. Whether that's Hamilton shooting from a pinch in or passing to whoever had the good fortune of being left wide open on the backdoor as everyone chases Hughes around.
I feel like this article is premature, what I'm hearing is Fitz is stilling working hard to bring in 1 more top 6 winger and there is a chance hotlz earns a spot in camp. Adding players like tarasenko and Holtz to who they've already added would give the team a huge makeover.
The article is really "about" how much everything changes just with the addition of Dougie. I do think Fitzy may try to add more winner talent, but he may not be able to -- there's not much left.
And regardless of if he does or not, the biggest changes have already happened.
It definitely feels like we changed absolutely everything but looking at the lineup we didn't change much. That being said I definitely feel good about this off-season and upcoming season. If we can add a guy like Tarasenko in a trade I'll be content with the team and what we did.
Are we sure this isn't a Ristolainen/Keith situation where even when he plays less and against lesser competition he still sucks? Because I'm expecting that to be the case. But obviously, hope for the best and all of that.

Does anyone know what the status is with Zajac? Is he rumored with anyone, is he looking for a reunion with parise on the island? Retiring?
