Rossi, Rossi, Rossi!!

Kinda hoping we can get #8 from Buffalo for Palmieri+, but I also don't expect Buffalo would take it.

I could definitely envision Palmieri being used in a trade like the one you mention.

I think Montreal at #16 is way more likely, but a man can dream can't he? There's 9-10 guys I really like, so getting 2 picks in the top 10 would be amazing!

At this point I think I'll be happy with any of the following at 7: Raymond, Drysdale, Sanderson, Rossi, Holz, Perfetti (the Sanderson hype train just won't stop! never would have wanted him there a month ago).

Perhaps he was just playing coy and not wanting to tip his hand, but judging from Fitz's recent interviews, I got the sense that he sees Rossi as a center and wouldn't be too excited about switching him to wing. did anyone get that impression too? (Also seemed like he is not resigning palmieri, right? )

As long as we come away from this first round with a solid D pick and 2 solid forwards (or trading one of the picks for help now at forward or D) I think we make good progress. Maybe Holz/Rossi/Raymond @ 7, followed by Amirov and Guhle. or Drysdale, Amirov, Gunler.

Still can't believe that Nashville lost to Arizona and moved our #10 pick back 8 spots!!!

Also, seems like Tampa is going to take their time working through these RFA negotiations/signing, and Fitz seems willing to be patient and not rush things. So I wouldn't be surprised if we used all our picks now and traded one of the players later in the summer to Tampa in a Sergachev or Cernak deal. Could mean more waiting for devs fans.

Loving the site Todd! LGD

I'm fully on the Rossi train from reading your work. Would be also amazing if Seth Jarvis dropped to 18. At 20 I'd be happy with the best available D-man like a Guhle. That would be an amazing draft.

I think the Devils should try and acquire Toffoli's rights from Vancouver now that it looks like he's heading to the market. Thoughts?
